OVERFLATE 2007 (Surface 2007)
is a conference with exhibition
taking place at Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel in Oslo 26th and
27th of November.
Overflate 2007 is
for people in the oil and gas industry offshore and onshore, on ships and in
plants and workshops dealing with surface treatment, insulation, inspection,
corrosion protection, scaffolding, thermal spraying for wear and industrial
coating of components and constructions.
Last year
nearly 300 people attended the conference. This year the conference is even
bigger with approximately 65 lectures taking place on several parallel
series each day.
The
lectures will cover incidents and experiences, projects, new technology,
education and environment on fields such as insulation, inspection,
scaffolding, surface treatment, UHP water jetting, blast cleaning, painting,
galvanizing, electroplating, powder coating and metal spraying.
Organizers
of Overflate 2007 are the Corrosion Society Bergen and the magazine
Overflateteknikk.
